Where do you deliver in South Africa?
We deliver nationwide to main centres and outlying areas via reputable couriers. Some remote locations may require an extra day or two for delivery and/or a surcharge (you’ll see this at checkout).
Can I collect my order?
If you prefer to arrange your own courier or collect, contact us before checkout so we can confirm stock location and collection times.
Do you ship lithium batteries and inverters safely?
Yes. We use compliant packaging and road couriers. Large or heavy items may ship on pallets; please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.
How long does dispatch take?
In-stock items typically ship within 1–2 business days after payment clears. Back-orders or special orders will show the estimated lead time on the product page or your order confirmation.
Can I split an order to multiple addresses?
One order = one address. If you need multiple destinations, please place separate orders.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept major cards and EFT. For EFT, send POP to speed up allocation. Orders only ship once funds clear.
Can I get a formal quote or tax invoice?
